The taro filling is kept simple: taro, a little sugar, and milk, creating a pure, authentic, and naturally smooth taro mash.

The taro on top has a hint of butter for a deeper aroma, but it remains delicate and never overly rich.

The black sesame chiffon base surprisingly pairs so well. It cuts through the richness of the coconut and taro, making the whole roll softer, lighter, and perfectly balanced.
