Refunds, Cancellations & Changes Policy
Because all our products are freshly made to order, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies:
1. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, amend, or refund it. Please double-check all details (delivery address, date, item selection) before confirming your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or spoiled.

You must contact us at info@okaeribakery.co.uk before the item’s best-before date, including:
- A clear photo of the item
- A proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)
Without this information, we’re unable to investigate or offer a refund.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or via other methods.
4. What is not eligible for refund
- Errors made by the customer (e.g. incorrect name, address, or failure to collect an order)
- Items not stored properly after delivery
