Japanese Hojicha, a roasted green tea, pairs perfectly with milk. While our Matcha Basque Burnt Cheesecake emphasizes the intense tea flavor, this one is all about the milky indulgence. The rich blend of cheeses we use enhances the Hojicha’s unique profile, creating a super creamy, ice cream-like texture that captures the luxurious feel of milk tea in dessert form.
