You may find the taro cheesecake leans creamier and milkier, and sets softer than our usual cheesecake.
We adjusted the base so it wouldn’t get overly cheesy and overpower the pure, earthy taro paste. Our taro paste is steamed and mashed while warm, lightly sweetened with milk, closer to taro milk than taro candy. So instead of sitting as a heavy layer, it melts quietly into the cheesecake. Nutty, warm and calming.

That’s why we keep this one light. Not competing, just blending.
