Collection Information

Thank you for ordering from Okaeri Bakery.

As our cakes are freshly made in small batches, all orders are prepared specifically for the requested collection time.

Collection Location

Collection is available in Canary Wharf and Harrow & Wealdstone.

For other locations, a delivery surcharge may apply.
Please contact us via Instagram DM or our Contact page, and we will be happy to check the delivery cost for you.

The exact collection address will be displayed during checkout.

Collection Time

Please arrive within your selected collection time window.

If you are running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate where we can, but late arrivals may affect the condition of the cake.

Storage & Transport

Our cakes are delicate and should be kept level and chilled during transport.

We recommend travelling directly home after collection and storing the cake in the refrigerator until serving.

Once the cake has been collected, Okaeri Bakery cannot be responsible for any damage caused during transport or storage.

Sliced Cakes

Sliced cakes are not available for regular pickup.

They may occasionally be available at markets, fairs, or group orders.
