A light and airy Four Seasons Oolong chiffon wraps around layers of silky oolong crème chantilly. The tea notes are soft and delicate, adding a gentle layer of depth rather than overpowering the florals and fruit.

At the heart sits a fragrant lychee-elderflower rose gelée, paired with juicy lychee pieces for natural sweetness and texture. A bright raspberry compote brings a fresh berry tang, while a light raspberry crème chantilly finishes the roll with a soft pink cloud.
