Finally created our very first Taiwanese tea cake!
And it had to be Tieguanyin, my favourite pairing with milk.

We cooked rich Taiwanese Tieguanyin tea into a thick tea paste before whipping it into cream, which is ultra intense and fragrant, with no bitterness, just that perfect deep tea flavour.

Layered with our chewy mochi that’s full of milky, toasty rice aroma. Topped with our signature sea salt cream cheese foam and juicy fresh strawberries.

Every bite is a mix of textures and flavours, comforting, surprising, and SO good.

All wrapped around a soft, fluffy Tieguanyin chiffon cake.
